| Shipping And Handling It is necessary for us to impose a small card handling fee of £1.25 each time a card payment transaction is completed.We do not make delivery charges for sending out Race Meeting tickets, Paddock Transfer tickets or Grandstand Seat tickets by ordinary first class mail.If you require tickets to be forwarded by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery (formerly called Registered Post), please purchase the required ticket delivery option. These are fully detailed at the top of the Thruxton tickets section.Where you elect to purchase a ticket delivery option, and you are purchasing tickets, transfers or grandstand seats for more than one race meeting, you do not need to purchase a delivery option for each race meeting date. We will be printing and dispatching all the ordered tickets at the same time, and using just one envelope. | Delivery Schedule Orders for insignia, clothing, souvenirs and gifts are normally delivered right away.If the required items are out of stock when your order is received, you will be advised of an expected date of dispatch. The dispatch of tickets for Race Meetings, Paddock Transfers and Grandstand Seats will commence at least 14 days before the event, although we expect to commence the dispatch of 2010 tickets early in February.We send Race Meeting tickets etc. by First Class Mail. We cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery or late delivery of tickets. You are recommended to use Recorded Delivery to ensure a record of the Post Office successfully delivering your tickets, but you should be aware that the use of this service does not speed up delivery, and that the tickets will only be delivered against a signature. The safest and quickest method is provided by the Post Office Special Delivery service, which provides target delivery times and compensation, although a signature has to be provided by the receiver.Although we attempt to fulfill ticket orders very quickly, we cannot give any guarantees that tickets will be dispatched on the day you place your order.
