Following a lengthy summer break, which saw a pre-season test take place, the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship returns to action with the second half of the season kicking off at Snetterton.
With teams and drivers given the opportunity to recharge and reassess, the battle for the biggest prize in British motorsport is set to heat up over the coming months, starting this weekend in Norfolk.
In-keeping with the BTCC's 60th anniversary celebrations too, a special 'Diamond Double' race will be staged. Instead of the traditional race three format, round 18 of the season will be run over 60 miles, with double points on offer and all cars running free of success ballast.
