General Overview

The Thruxton Circuit Hospitality and Catering Department are able to offer the following facilities :-

Our In-House Catering department works alongside the Circuit team to provide a professional service, with the ability to cater for up to one thousand people.

Our history shows that we are happy and willing to deal with any event from small meetings to elaborate corporate functions, Christmas parties or weddings.

Part of the Goodwood Restuarant

We have three permanent venues, all of which are fully licensed :

The Goodwood Restuarant and Bar, located in the centre of the circuit, close to the paddock areas.
The Goodwood Suite is open on all motorsport event days and evenings with various entertainments and a late licence.

The Jackaroo Restuarant and Bar, located on the outside of the circuit, at the top of the main driveway, underneath the Air Traffic Control Tower.
The Jackaroo is open seven days a week, serving race fans, flyers and any other persons visiting the circuit. Contact the Jackaroo on 01264 882217

The Thruxton Suite, also located in the centre of the circuit, close to the Goodwood Restuarant
The Thruxton Suite is ideal for board meetings or private dining etc, and has its own private bar. Contact the Thruxton Suite on 01264 882223

Hospitality Units are located on the outside of the circuit close to the Startline.

Corporate Catering

In our two permanent restuarants (Goodwood and Thruxton Suites), we can cater for ten to one hundred and thirty people.

Our corporate clients travel from all over the world to experience world-class racing, and we are pleased to offer catering facilities that complement the pleasure and excitement of our on-track activities.

Conference Facilities

Our rooms are ideal for Training Courses, Conferences, Business Meetings, Presentations, Breakfast Meetings, Private Dining or Public Room Hire.

Three rooms are available for Conferences etc. :

Refreshments are available :
Coffee, Tea and Biscuits £2.00 per head plus VAT
Orange Juice £1.70 per litre plus VAT
Mineral Water £1.70 per litre plus VAT

All three rooms are provided with the following standard equipment for no additional cost :
Overhead Projector
Screen
Flipchart and Stand

Other technical equipment can be hired at an additional cost; please enquire.

Catering :
Full catering services are offered to compliment your event, and a range of menus from working lunches to full sit-down lunches and dinners are available. Some examples of our menus are detailed above.

Web Access :
We provide structured cabling to the conference rooms, which provides high-speed internet access at 10/100 Mbps via a network card and a standard RJ45 Ethernet cable. The necessary cables are available from the BARC reception.

Location :
Thruxton Circuit offers the perfect central location in the heart of the South of England, twenty minutes from junction 8 of the M3, and adjacent to the A303 Trunk Road. Equidistant between London and the Home Counties and the West Country, we are ideally placed for ease of access by delegates. Plenty of free on-site car parking is available.


Hospitality Suites

We have ten individual suites available for hire on our race days, which are also available throughout the year for private or corporate events or track days. The suites are located adjacent to the Racetrack StartLine, opposite to the Race Control Tower.

We have six Double Suites and four Single Suites.
Each Double Suite provides seating for 20 persons or standing for 40 persons.
Each Single Suite provides seating for 10 persons or standing for 20 persons.
Garden furniture is available for use on the paved and grassed areas in front of the suites.

The hiring fees for these units (which always includes the issue of admission tickets and race-day programmes) varies depending on the nature of the race meeting; the higher the profile of the meeting, the larger the fee! The Jackaroo Restuarant

This restuarant is located underneath the Air Traffic Control Tower, on the outside of the track. Historically, this building housed the Command and Control offices when Thruxton was occupied by the Royal Air Force. Named after the famous small single-engined plane that was constructed at Thruxton just after the First World War, the Jackaroo is now open seven days a week between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. Our customers include visitors to the circuit, flyers, and various members of the public who enjoy a break at a location which is only just off the A303. To the many flyers who visit us, the Jackaroo is still considered as the Club House for Western Air who are the operators of the airfield.

Our regular menu offers a wide choice, and "Specials of the Day" are usually available as well.

We can help to make your wedding celebrations a stress free experience!
Catering for 130 to 180 people in our Goodwood Suite(depending on your catering requirements), which has purpose built facilities and a licensed restuarant; we can take care of all the catering, so that you can worry just about the important things on this special day - YOURSELVES!

Menu packages can be tailored around your needs.

Entertainment can be arranged if necessary - Disco's, live music, table magicians etc. - we can sort it!
