For more than 50 years, the Classic Touring Car Racing Club has provided a competitive home for saloon and touring cars from across the decades.
Historic Thunder represents the more powerful side of that heritage, allowing highly developed competition cars from an earlier generation to continue doing what they were built to do. Alongside the Club's other championships, it helps ensure important pieces of British touring car and saloon car history remain active, competitive and accessible to motorsport fans.
