The Renault UK Clio Cup is one of the countries leading one-make tin top championships and has long been a springboard up into the Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship.
Tracing its roots in the history books back to 1974, Renault’s single-make categories have had a variety of incarnations and regulations down the years with the Clio Cup proving to be the most popular.
Currently one of the cornerstones of the coveted TOCA support package, the championship is synonymous for producing close-quarter racing, with the fourth-generation Renault Clio currently being used.
Comprising of 16 races across eight weekends, the UK Clio Cup is renowned for high-octane action and that is precisely what is delivered when the series takes to the track year-on-year.
After more than two decades of producing tin top entertainment, 2019 will mark the final year of the Renault UK Clio Cup.
