One of the highlights of the UK motorsport calendar and bigger than ever this year, Race of Remembrance is an event like no other.
Run by the Forces’ charity Mission Motorsport, the thee-day meeting has proven to be a smash-hit in recent years with the focus on commemorating the sacrifices made by all service personnel and their families.
In what is always a special and poignant event, a bumper and diverse grid of cars will take to the grid for the annual 12-hour endurance race. Action will come to a stop at 10:45 on Sunday morning and the circuit will fall silent for a special service of remembrance, which will take place in the pit lane.
A Heroes Dinner prior to the event will also be held, further adding to the weekend’s festivities.
