The peace and tranquility of the Pembrokeshire countryside will be broken this weekend as the BTRC British Truck Racing Championship travels to South Wales for the much-loved Pembrey Spring Truckfest.
Making the first of two visits to the Welsh venue in 2020, the five-tonne heavyweight behemoths will take centre stage as they come off the back of a frenetic season-opener at Brands Hatch.
Battle lines have already been drawn in both Division 1 and Division 2 following on from last month’s curtain raiser so expect the on-track competition to be as fierce as ever.
Alongside the BTRC will be a feast of support race action from the Pickup Truck Racing Championship, Super Silhouette Championship and the Mighty Minis Championship; all of which will continue their 2020 campaigns.
Elsewhere, locals will have plenty to cheer about as the Welsh Racing Driver’s Association make their first visit of the season to Pembrey. There will also be action from the Morgan contingent.
