The Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship speeds into Hampshire this weekend for the first of two visits in 2021 to the fastest circuit in the country, Thruxton.

Following a calendar reschedule, the home of the British Automobile Racing Club’s plays host to the season-opener for the first time since 2010 however due to government restrictions the event will be run behind closed doors, without spectators.

With anticipation having built over recent weeks, the battle for supremacy is set to be fierce as drivers and teams bid to kick off their campaigns on the front foot at Thruxton.

Providing an adrenaline rush like no other on the calendar, the 2.36-mile speedbowl is favourite amongst competitors and spectators alike, making it an event that is not to be missed.

Alongside the BTCC as always will be the usual mix of TOCA support categories; the Michelin Ginetta Junior Championship, Protyre Motorsport Ginetta GT5 Challenge & Ginetta G40 Cup, Cayman Islands Porsche Sprint Challenge GB, MINI CHALLENGE Cooper Championship and F4 British Championship certified by FIA – powered by Ford EcoBoost.
